The present general sales conditions apply exclusively to transactions between the photographic site UliLangenegger, 2, rue Saint Laurent, 1207 Geneva, Switzerland (hereafter UliLangenegger) and any person making a purchase through the photographic site UliLangenegger (herafter «Client»). Network users will find the present sales conditions at www.ulilangenegger.com (herafter «Site»). Since these general sales conditions are subject to change, the applicable conditions are those in force at the Site on the order date.
When Clients place their orders, they automatically recognise that they are familiar with the general sales conditions, and accept them. When an order is placed, UliLAngenegger verifies the validity of the Client's information, method of payment, and delivery address. Under certain circumstances, particulary insolvency or wrong information, UliLangenegger reserves the right to reject a Client's order, and/or to limit the quantity orderer. Prices are quoted in Euro, except for contribution towards cost of postage and packing. UliLangenegger reserves the right to change these prices at any time without informing the Client, except if an order has already been entered.
To satisfy Clients, UliLangenegger handles orders and shipments as quikly as possible.
After payment confirmation, most orders are handled on the same day as received and, after the photography development, are mailed out the following day or the next (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, with confirmation of shipment.
Delivery time after the photographic devlopment is generally 2 to 5 working days for Switzerland, 3 to 10 working days for Europa and 5 to 15 days for the rest ot he world.
In case of a Client's mistake in the delivery address which requires return of the package to
sender, or a second shipment with corrected address, the Client will be billed for the additional shipping charges.
All orders delivered outside of Switzerland may be subject to taxes and customs duties imposed by local governments when the package reaches its destination. These possible customs duties and taxes connected to the delivery of the article are payable by, and are the the responsability of the Client. UliLangenegger has no control over these taxes and duties and cannot foresee them. Customs regulations vary greatly among a countries. The Client can contact a local customs office for further information.
UliLAngenegger is a certified member of PayPal, which allows safe payment with most credit cards (Visa, Eurocard; Mastercard, American Express, etc).
PayPal is easy to use, is safe and wholly secure, and does not require the opening of an account by the Client. Confidential data (the Client's identity and card number) are stored only by bank partners on highly secure servers. The safe procedure for payment by PayPal credit card is based on the data encoding protocol : Protocol SSL 128 bits.
This is the most powerful encoding protocol, serving principal navigators.
The client may also make payment through a bank credit transfer or through Western Union. Several days, however, are required for a credit transfer to be validated. Orders will be handled only after receipt of payment.
Damaged Articles:
All orders are carefully packed in order to avoid damage during transportation. If an order is damaged, the Client must bring the fact to the attention of the local Post Office without delay, in accordance with the usual procedure.
In Switzerland, the Client must file a report at the Post Office withing 8 days of the date of delivery.
In addition, the Client must notify UliLangenegger withing 8 days of receipt of the package, indicating the Post Office reference for the official report, and must return the merchandise, specifying the preferred method of compensation (refund or exchange).
UliLangenegger will exchange or refund in full. Expenses incurred will be payable by UliLangenegger.
A photo seen on the Client's computer screen and its printout on paper may show a slight difference in colour tonality. This is not a defect, but is due to different gradings on computer screens; therefore the Client can in no case request a refund
If, in spite of our careful attention to each order, the article received is not what the Client has ordered, we would appreciate receiving an email to authorise its return. The Client must describe what he/she ordered, what was received, and how he/she wishes to be compensated (exchange or refund). If the erreur is attributable to UliLangenegger, return cost are payable by UliLangenegger. Returned articles must be returned in their original packaging withing 30 days of receipt. We appreciate your understanding that photography which have been damaged by use may not be returned.
UliLangenegger is aware of his responsability in protecting personal data submitted by
his Clients. Personal data is stored for the sole purpose of facilitating the Client's purchase
of additional articles and to guarantee smooth business transactions. Personal data is handled confidentially and safely.
UliLangenegger neither sells nor rents out his list of Clients. Under no circumstances will his Client's personal data be handed out to third parties.
In accordance with the federal law of 19 June 1992 for the protection of personal data, Clients have the right of access, modification, correction and deletion of their personal Langenegger, 2, rue Saint Laurent, 1207 Genève, Switzerland, indicating the Client's name, surname and address, or to make the request by email at : ulangenegger@hotmail.com
Any ressemblance in a Site's photo to a subject or person living or dead is purely accidental. UlilLangenegger rejects any claim for monetary compensation in connection with a physical ressemblance or the actual presence of a subject or person in a photograph, and can at no point be challenged legally with respect to privacy protection.
The Site and Content of UliLangenegger are intended exclusively for viewing by all.
You are not authosised to use the Site or Content of UliLangenegger except for purposes of viewing it. You are not autorised to : dowland, copy, or retransmit all or part of the Site or Content of UliLangenegger, nor to manipulate or display the Site or Content throught the use of «framing» or similar technology, nor to make a backup, insert or delete, nor attempt to store, insert, or use the photos which are the exclusive property of UliLangenegger, for unauthorised purposes. Any unauthorised use may constitute a violation of the laws related to privacy protection and to publicity, and regulations and legislation in force in the field of communiations.
You agree to conform to all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws and regulations relative to Internet, personale data, email, privacy protection, and to the tramission of technical data exported from the United Sates of America or from country in which you reside.
The present general sales conditions, as well as implemented contract agreements, are governed by Swiss law and the Vienna Convention on international merchandise sales contracts. In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction is that of Geneva, Switzerland.

Photos are developed on a mat paper, with a silk or glossy finish, in the sizes listed below, which respect the propositions of the original photo. Sizes other than the ones listed below are available, and prices will be provided on request. Clients may purchase their own aluminium, American, or Plexiglas frames in any photographic shop or photo development laboratory in their city. This will reduce shipping cost as well as damage risk, and allows for the Client's imput according to his or her prsonal preferences. Please note that for Plexiglas framing we advise ordering glossy finish.
